Rhea Ripley Kicks Off Raw
Rhea Ripley says she pinned the womens world champion at Bash In Berlin and is about to challenge Liv Morgan but Dominik Mysterio’s music hits to interrupt her. Dom makes multiple excuses for losing the mixed tag team match last Saturday and says Liv will accept her challenge as she’s beaten Rhea before and she’ll do it again and once he wins the intercontinental championship they’ll both be champions together. Rhea responds saying she’ll face Liv any time, any place. Liv then attempts to attack Rhea from behind but Rhea anticipates it and elbows her in the face. Rhea then turns her atttention to Dom, who’s on the outside of the ring, Rhea tries to grab Dom through the ropes but as she gets hold of Dom’s hair Liv pushes her and her foot gets tied up in the ropes leaving her dangling upside down towards the outside of the ring. Liv Morgan then stars kicking and stomping on Rhea knee mutliples times, she grabs Rhea by the hair, kisses her on the cheek as Damian Priest comes out to save Rhea. Dom and Liv retreat.
American Made w/ Chad Gable vs Alpha Academy
Julius Creed has Otis down in the corner, Akira Tozawa german suplex’s him away from Otis and Brutus Creed goes for Tozawa but Tozawa sends him over the top ropes to the outside of the ring and hits a suicide dive on him. Tozawa goes back into the ring and attempts a suicide dive on Julius on the opposite side of the ring but Julius catches him and does a belly to belly suplex, Julius gets onto the apron but Otis knocks him off into the barricade. In the ring Brutus makes his way to the top rope, Otis doesn’t realise and he hits a Brutus bomb on Otis taking him down, Otis rolls to his corner and Maxxine Dupri tags herself in. Maxxine takes control of the match with a clothesline, knee to the face and attacked in the corner. Maxxine attempts to go on the reverse caterpillar but Chad Gable get up on the apron and distracts Maxxine, she kicks him in the face knocking him off the apron. However, this gives Ivy Nile enough time to recover, she hits a kick to the face on Maxxine and puts her in the dragon slepper sunmission and Maxxine taps out.

Chad Gable with American Made Segment
Chad Gable states last weeks match with Uncle Howdy should have been one on one but Howdy got his “freaks” involved. He says he knows what it’s going to take to beat him and its his team American Made. Gable challenges Howdy to a 8 man tag team match next week on Raw and he wants to make it a street fight, proclaiming to do it not only for the fans and the locker room but for America. The lights go out, darkness fills the arena and Howdy appears at the top of the ramp. He cuts a eerie promo before accepting Gable’s challenge.
Shayna Baszler w/ Pure Fusion Collective vs Zelina Vega
Zelina Vega as the upper hand over Shayna Baszler, she goes to the top rope and attempts a cross body but Shayna catches her; Shayna transitions the catch into a suplex position but Zelina reverses it into a stunner. Zelina hits two slinghot clotheslines and a tornado ddt, she heads to the top rope and hits a moonsault which gets her a close 2 count. Zelina goes for the pin again immediately after but against Shayna kicks out. Zoey Stark gets up on the apron but Zelina takes her out with a 619 and hits a meteora on Sonya Deville on the floor. Zelina makes her way back into the ring but while stepping through the ropes Shayna hits a her signature knee and pins Zelina for the win.

After the match Pure Fusion Collective attack Zelina, Lyra Valkyria comes out to make the save but the numbers game becomes too much and Pure Fusion Collective end up standing tall. Sonya Deville gets a mic and says seeing Zelina and Lyra laying on the ground reminds her of how pathetic everyone is, she says there’s not a man who can take them home and not a woman in the locker room who can take them period. But if there’s a woman who what’s to step up then shoot there shot.
CM Punk Segment
CM Punk addresses his strap match with Drew McIntyre last Saturday he says it was one of the toughest matches he’s been to. But now he’s got that personal issue out the way he wants to get down to business. He references his first promo back saying he’s not here to make friends, he’s here to make money and he’ll take that money in gold. He talks about Gunther and how he took Randy Orton to his limit at Bash In Berlin then surpassed it. He congratulates him. He says nothing can replace the chip on his shoulder other than the world title belt, he put Drew McIntyre to sleep and now it’s time for him to wake up as world champion. He tells Gunther to enjoy being champion because he and the fans will enjoy taking it from him. Punk then tells the back to play his music so him and the fans can celebrate, he makes his way onto the announce table waving his arms around, shouting into the crowd and doing his signature taunt when he’s swept off his feet landing on the table by a hooded figure that reveals to be Drew McIntyre, he attacks CM Punk with punches and slamming his head into the table. Wade Barrett attempts to talk McIntyre down and moves with away from Punk but as Punk sits up on the table McIntyre hits him with a claymore. McIntyre throws Punk back into the ring, McIntyre hits a second claymore on Punk, McIntyre gets the bracelet off Punk’s wrist, he snaps it then puts the loose beads off it, with Punk’s wife and dog’s names on, and shoves them in Punk’s mouth before hitting a third and final claymore. WWE personel, and referees get McIntyre away from Punk and into the back. Punk gets stretchered out the arena.
Dominik Mysterio vs Ilja Dragunov vs Dragon Lee
Intercontinental Championship Tournament Triple Threat
Dominik Mysterio is down in the ring as Dragon Lee makes his way to the top rope. Carlito appears and pushes Dragon off the top rope to the floor and beats him down. Damien Priest’s music hits and he makes his way to ringside, carlito meets him on the ramp and they brawl, Priest gets the upper hand, Dom baseball side dropkicks Priest which has no effect, Dom then runs out the ring into the crowd as Priest chases. The match continues with Ilja Dragunov and Dragon Lee trading blows trying to get the upper hand, Dragon hits a big powerbomb into pin combination for a 2 count. Dragunov is set up in the tree of woe position and Dragon drops him with a stomp, Dragon then leans him up against the bottom turnbuckle and hits a running dropkick, Dragunov dazed gets back to his feet in the centre of the ring Dragon runs at him attempted to get a tornado ddt but Dragunov reverses it into a roll up which Dragon kicks out at 2. Both men back to there feet Dragon hits a combination of kicks, Dragunov bounces off the ropes and hits a spinning uppercut on Dragon for the 123 and moves on the the fatal four way finals next week.

Unholy Union vs Damage Ctrl
No.1 Contenders Match for Women’s Tag Team Championships
Unholy Union have the upper hand seperating Kairi Sane from her partner Iyo Sky. Alba Fyre stops the tag attempt from Sane brining her back into the centre of the ring and setting up for a delayed suplex however Sane reverses and hits a ddt on Fyre. Sane gets the tag to Sky who takes out both Fyre and Dawn with uppercuts, kicks and a double drop kick which sends both women to opposite corners. Unholy Union regain the advantage and set Sky up or the gory special, Sky kicks Dawn away then reverses Fyre’s hold into a elevated backbreaker, Sky then picks up Fyre from behind and does a german suplex into a pinning position but only gets a 2 as Dawn breaks up the cover. Sane gets back into the ring and sends Dawn to the outside, where the women’s tag team champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill are sat watching the match, Sane makes her way to the top rope and with the intension of hitting Dawn with the inSane elbow but Dawn pulls Belair in the way and Sane takes out Belair and inadvertently smacks her face on the announce table. Back in the ring Fyre attempt to roll up Sky, Sky stomps on Fyre’s chest and goes for a pin of her own, Fyre kicks out at 2 but from the kick out Sky is sent into the bottom rope where Dawn cheap shots Sky sending her back into the centre of the ring, Fyre tags in Dawn, they hit the gory special facebuster for the 123.
Winners: Unholy Union New number 1 contenders for the women’s tag team championships.
Gunther and Sami Zayn Segment
Gunther celebrates his victory over Randy Orton. He’s interrupted by Sami Zayn. Sami mentions how hall of famers have used the intercontinental championship as a stepping stone to get the next level, the world championship. He tells Gunther that, that’s what he’s going to do. Gunther responds saying he hears the passion in Sami’s voice; sees the fire in Sami’s eyes but rejects Sami’s challenge. Gunther drops his mic, walks away from Sami and leaves the ring. Sami tells Gunther to wait a minute, he says he’s watched Gunther his entire career and he’s never backed down from a fight, then asks why he’s backing down from this one. Sami proclaims he thinks it’s because out of all great guys Gunther has already beaten, since he’s been in WWE Sami is the only one who’s beaten him. Sami states he’s going for Gunther and will become world heavyweight champion.
Sheamus vs Braun Strowman vs Ludwig KaiserÂ
Intercontinental Championship Tournament Triple Threat
Sheamus has Braun Strowman set up in the ropes and goes for ten beats of the bodhrán then takes Strowman off the apron with a running knee to the head, as Sheamus turns back towards the centre of the ring Ludwig Kaiser picks him up and hits a kaiser roll and goes forthe cover, Sheamus kicks out at 2. Sheamus gets back to his feet, Kaiser does a step up enziguri which sends Shemaus into the ropes, but he bounces back and hits Kaiser with a brogue kick, he makes the cover and just as the referee counts 2 Sheamus is pulled off the cover, out the ring by Pete Dunne who attacks Sheamus with a shillelagh. Kaiser is watching on in the ring as this happens, he brings himself back to his feet with help from the ropes. Kaiser turns around while in the leaning against the turnbuckles and Strowman hits a running splash to Kaiser, Strowman picks up a dazed Kaiser and plants him with a powerslam in the centre of the ring, goes for a cover and gets the 123 for the win. Strowman advances to the fatal four way finals next week.

Damian Priest and Jey Uso vs Finn Balor and JD McDonagh
Jey Uso superkicks Finn Balor out of the ring, he superkicks JD McDonagh who bounces off the ropes and Uso hits him with spear the puts him position near the corner, Uso makes his way to the top rope, Balor distracts the referee then out of nowhere Liv Morgan sweeps Uso’s feet knocking him onto the turnbuckle then into the ring. Balor dropkicks Uso into the Judgment Day corner, Balor tags in McDonagh, Balor hits the Coup de Grace on Uso then McDonagh does a moonsault and goes for the cover, Priest saves the match. While all four men are down Liv Morgan gets up on the apron and argues with the referee, Rhea Ripley’s music hits, crowd goes wild, Morgan laughs and mocks Ripley as she comes down the ramp hobbling on a crutch, Morgan talks trash to Ripley but she smirks at Morgan and takes her out with the crutch, Morgan runs away as Ripley tries to hit Morgan with the crutch again, Morgan retreats into the crowd as Priest and Uso gain control over the match in the ring. Uso hits a spear on Balor, Priest hits razor’s edge on McDonagh followed by a splash from Uso for the win.
