WWE RAW Report from 14th October 2024

Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane do a double team assisted elbow drop on a down Bianca Belair, Sky goes for the pin but Belair kicks out at 2. Sky then goes for a over the moonsault but Jade Cargill pulls Belair out of the way, on the outside Sane tried to take out Cargill but she’s caught and taken out by a double team slam into the barricade from the champions, Lash Legends and Jakara Jackson (who are sat front row) start talking smack to Belair and Cargill distracting them, Sky then drop them both with a springboard moonsault then rolls Belair back into the ring. Jackson then grabs Sky by the hair and Legend hits her with a forearm strike which sends her to the apron, Belair takes advantage and gets Sky up in a suplex position back inside the ring, she then transitions from a suplex position into the k.o.d, drops Sky with her finisher and pins her for the 1 2 3. Retaining the tag team championships.

The War Raiders Return

Otis breaks up a pin attempts on Akira Tozawa by Ivar, he then drops Erik and goes for the caterpillar but Ivar spinning heel kicks him mid movement and sends him out the ring, Ivar tags in Erik, Tozawa goes to the top rope and hits a missile dropkick on Ivar, the Raiders drop Tozawa with a pop up powerslam then Erik running knees him in the face, Erik tags in Ivar, they do a assisted splash, go for the pin and pick up there first win back on Raw.

Bron Breakker vs Kofi Kingston

Bron Breakker goes over to Kofi Kingston who’s dazed in the corner, he’s brought down to a knee with a kick to the face, Kingston goes to the top rope and attempts a double axe handle but Breakker catches him and throws him with a belly to belly suplex, Breakker then bounces off the rope back and forth before hitting a spear on Kingston, going for the pin and getting the win.

After the match Breakker seems like he’s going to do further damage to Kingston but Xavier Woods comes to his aid. Breakker then looks like he’s going to leave but actually gets back in the ring and attacks Woods, as he sets up for a spear Jey Uso’s music hits and he makes the save hitting a spear then superkick.

Cody Rhodes and Gunther Segment

Rhodes: First off Rhodes talks about how the we want Cody revolution started in St.Louis and how grateful he is.

Gunther interrupts

Gunther: He compliments Cody and what he’s done for the recent boom period in WWE, but mentions how his friendship with Kevin Owens is deteriorating. He labels Cody a secondary champion.

Rhodes: He also compliments Gunther talks about how he gets uncomfortable and breaks when his opponents have resiliency in matches and how he’s never been one on one with him. He refers to his wins over Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar then offers a handshake.

Gunther shakes his hand back but says “good luck to me” before leaving.

R-Truth vs The Miz

As there match begins R-Truth offers a handshake to The Miz which he accepts. They’re about to lock up when the Final Testament make there way to ringside. With Miz distracted Truth rolls him up and gets the 3 count for the win.

After the match as Truth is leaving up the ramp AOP attack him and return him to the ring where Miz hits a skull crushing finale.

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez vs Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton

Liv Morgan goes for a codebreaker on Rhea Ripley but she catches her and drops her with a throw, running knee to the face followed by a rip tide, goes for the cover but Raquel Rodriguez breaks it up. Ripley then sends Raquel out the ring, tags in Stratton who heads straight up top for the worlds prettiest moonsault while Ripley brawls with Raquel on the outside, Morgan moves out the way of the moonsault as Ripley goes for a rip tide to Raquel but before she can get her up Nia Jax attacks them both and the referee calls for the disqualification.

After the match Jax focuses her attack on Liv Morgan hitting a Samoan drop, leg drop and annihilator to take her out. Jax then urges on Stratton to cash in her Moneg In The Bank privilege on Morgan while she’s down but Dominik Mysterio saves Morgan.
